Recently, two Hefei-headquartered semiconductor companies - TBSTest and Rui Ke Micro - reached a strategic cooperation, successfully developed the first domestic chip mass production test solution based on Rui Ke Micro RRAM IP, and has officially entered mass production. On the basis of fully understanding the process characteristics and technical characteristics of RRAM products, the two sides have clarified the test requirements and parameters, and solved the difference problem with other non-volatile memory. In order to overcome the key testing problems, a special research team was set up in Hefei. Through in-depth research and technical research, the breakthrough of RRAM IP chip testing technology was achieved and efficient mass production was realized.
With its excellent flexibility and powerful Memory Test Option, the T800 SOC test platform provides solid technical support for the mass production of RRAM chips. On the basis of the successful mass production of the first RRAM chip, TBSTest will continue to support the mass production of multiple RRAM IP chips to provide customers with high-performance and reliable complete mass production test solutions. This achievement not only promotes the breakthrough and wider application of RRAM technology in practical applications, but also lays a solid foundation for the development of future technologies.
