TBSTest presented at the 2022 World IC Conference


On November 17, 2022, the World IC Conference 2022 kicked off at Binhu IC and Exhibition Center in Hefei City. The conference is co-sponsored by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Anhui Provincial People's Government, and co-organized by Hefei Municipal People's Government, Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, China Semiconductor Industry Association and China Institute of Electronic Information Industry Development. The theme of the conference is "Open Development, win-win Cooperation - Enabling 'Chip' in the Intelligent Era".

This year is the first time for TBSTest to participate in the World IC Congress, showing at booth 02922 in the E1 pavilion, bringing the IC test platform with fully independent IPR and sustainable planning test technology solutions to the industry. The equipment platform exhibited by the company in this exhibition includes T800D equipment, which represents the highest performance level of domestic SOC test system. The test system has the international advanced level, is stable and reliable, and is suitable for large-scale general SOC IC test system for mass production of chips and design verification requirements. It has highly integrated I/O channel, flexible timing/level configuration, sufficient vector depth, and higher test rate than similar equipment. The system architecture, software technology and performance parameters can compete with the mainstream high-performance test equipment in ATE market, providing customers with more economical, flexible and efficient test solutions. Help industry users to improve the test efficiency, break the perennial monopoly by imported equipment market situation.

In this exhibition, the memory chip automatic production and test system TM8000 of TBSTest became a highlight. TM8000 is the first memory chip wafer level automatic production and test system with fully independent IPR in China. It has the core instrument board card with the highest level of integration in the ATE industry, realizing the integration of 320 test channel resources on a single test instrument board card. The structural design of the system has the characteristics of high test efficiency, excellent performance and strong reliability, which effectively reduces the customer's capital input and production and test costs. On the premise of meeting the test performance and production capacity of chip CP, the consistency and repeatability of measurement accuracy are achieved, and the technology innovation of the highest system configuration capability in the ATE industry is also achieved.
