TBSTest SOC Integrated Circuit Test Equipment T800 Series Completed Its 100th Order Delivery
On September 3, 2021, Hefei TBSTest Technology Co., Ltd. delivered the company's 100th T800 test equipment at the customer Kunshan Xinxinan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. site. Mr. Zhang Yue, the general manager of Corecore, and Mr.Wang Yang, the general manager of Corexinan, jointly participated in and witnessed the equipment delivery ceremony. At the same time, Mr. Yang Ke, the deputy general manager of Xinxinan, also awarded the best strategic partner award to TBSTest.
After the equipment delivery ceremony, the two parties held a contract signing ceremony for a new batch of 20 T800 equipment.
The T800 test equipment independently developed by Yuexin has been tried by the first prototype customer in 2017, and has undergone engineering debugging, performance verification, customer production line cross-machine, multi-variety and different batch chip testing, mass production introduction, and board technology iteration. More than 4 years, by 2021, a series of test equipment consisting of four platforms, T800A, T800B, T800C, and T800D, has been formed, which can satisfy customers such as chip design companies, integrated circuit manufacturing companies, professional chip packaging and testing plants, and scientific research institutes to the greatest extent. Various test application scenarios have different requirements for test equipment.
The delivery of the company’s 100th T800 series equipment indicates that the company’s platform series products have been initially accepted and recognized by the integrated circuit industry market. At the same time, this type of SOC test platform completed the national 02 integrated circuit major equipment special project in April 2021. The acceptance was recognized by the national special technical expert group, which once again shows that the T800 series test equipment has the performance and market ability of localized substitution of high-end integrated circuit automated production test equipment.
The test data rate of the T800 series test equipment of TBSTest reaches 800Mbps, which can realize the system configuration capability of up to 1920 channels, which can meet the test performance and capacity requirements of most SOC chips.
